I had an appointment with Dr. Keeler for May 13th at 11:15. I got lost briefly and arrived at 11:18. I was told the doctor went into a meeting and if I wanted to see him I would have to wait until 1:00. I asked if he knew he had a new consult appointment scheduled for 11:15, how is it that he went into a meeting? Her response was that no one tells her anything and she doesn't know what is going on. I can't believe he received such great reviews. He was too busy to really listen to my issue. I told him how my jaw popped and I was immediately in pain, he told me to find a dentist and get a night guard which had nothing to do with my problem. Then he told me if it's still bothering me come back in 6 months. Needless to say I am still in pain. After waiting for 3 months for an appointment, he spent all of 5 minutes with me.
Negative 1 Intentionally removes people when from the practice even though they have good relationship with the dr. Even hoes so far to try and suspend hus account from an indepensent ent. The patient is now dying from a prior encephecele and desperately needs inspire but is banned from all practices for what he calls disrespect but in reality was mental illness ptsd. I needed reconstruction of my nose due to a very invasive Mohs procedure necessary for skin cancer. Dr. Keeler did a remarkable job putting me back together and he and his staff were very forthright with information which made me feel confident that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing facial reconstruction.
