Very slow in service dept. I've had 3 oil change all by appointment each took 2-2.5 hour wait times. Unacceptable.
After visiting around 10 different dealerships, we finally found a place that truly cared — Jarrett-Gordon Ford in Davenport. Our credit was run multiple times at other dealerships when sales associates tried to get us into trucks we didn’t even like. This made it more difficult when we got to Jarrett-Gordon Ford, and when they first ran our credit, we were denied because of those previous inquiries. But Sergey changed everything.
