Dr. Jarret Cain is an amazing surgeon and a class act of man. He performed surgery on my deformed left foot. The precision he used to help straighten out my foot and keep all my ligaments in-tact is amazing. I was in bad shape and uncomfortable and could not walk properly prior to the surgical procedure, he helped to reshape and restructure my foot. I feel comfortable and walk much better now. Dr Cain is truly amazing. He just did surgery for haglund deformity on July 1st. The kindness, the care of him and his entire team. He is fantastic. Get the nerve block it helps with recovery those first few day's
Billed and charged me $50 for my free yearly diabetic foot exam. It was suppose to be a free visit with my insurance. He and my insurance are both with UPMC
Jarrett Cain operated on my bunion. It was worse after the surgery than before it. The post operative care was a joke. The pain was excruciating and I am no sissy. He had no compassion. I had a screw going through the big toe joint and coming out the bottom. I had to go to a reconstructive foot surgeon to have it repaired properly. I missed months of work and had to to months of therapy. Because I didn't loose my foot or die, he was not worth suing according to lawyers. What a shame.
