If I could Give them zero stars I would. I have been trying to reach them for weeks!! I am Out of contact lenses and need my rx And I have no way of reaching him! I’ve called and left messages and I have driven to the new CONWAY location and still no luck. They wont answer the phone and will not call you back. I even have another Dr. office to fax a request. Still no luck. Horrible. Just horrible!
Horrible never answers the phone I bought glasses a year ago I never got and got the run around
The man is never in. Closed mondays, tuesdays. By 3 on Wednesday and friday. This week he wasnt in thursday and he told me his "assistant" would be in all day friday. I have called all day. I drove down there. No one is there. He told me 2 days to get glasses over the phone and 2 weeks when i went in. He took no measurements and has never given me a price. My insurance allows me up to 500.00 so im sure thats what hes charged my insurance company. He even actually left me a message that the glasses were paid for. My insurance... read more
He was over 2 hours late coming in. And when he did come see me it was very rushed
