My fiancé and have gone into Jarred’s several times and have always had great experiences there! Today we went in and Cheryl Richard helped us and she was amazing she really made us feel like family helping us pick out rings! We really enjoyed her and her warming personality.
Sorry I can only give five stars. Brought two watches in for service. One battery replacement, and the other had a strap issue. The associate replaced the battery, and then examined the other with the strap issue. Seems the strap only needed a pin. Pin replaced and the strap was working again like new. Exceeded expectations.
I switched to Jared about 6 months ago and Cheryl has assisted me every time. It doesn't matter if I order a watch from the store, or buy jewelry that is in stock, Cheryl always provides the best experience. Highly recommended.
