I worked with Jared for quite a while looking for a house. He is very knowledgeable about the area and was very patient with us. I have already recommended him to others. I met Jared at an open house. It was like instant "he is the guy who knows this area well and can help find my first home". 3'months after we met and I am inside my house, I would say "oh boy" I was so correct!! Jared was very patient and understood our needs well. He is honest, pragmatic, flexible and meticulous in his approach. I would go back to him anyday for any real estate needs.

Jared is one of the most diligent agents I've ever worked with and is very knowledgeable about local markets. One thing I love about Jared is that he is very persistent and will follow through and regularly check in with his client on status quo. He will NOT drop you if you don't strike a deal right away. My personal opinion is that he serves better as a seller's agent than a buyer's agent because he tends to push the price to the higher end. Overall, he's A+ and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Worked with Jared a few months ago and loved it. He was always available and ready to go to work. I would literally text him about a property of interest, and he would schedule a show same day. Making an offer was equally as good. He wasted no time and sometimes would stay up super late to put an offer together for me.
