Dr. Cox is a very good doctor who is cocerned about the patients best interst and care. I trust him to give me the best advice to manage and deal with my urological issues. He's compassion and caring.
Dr Cox was kind and professional as always. Ava was pleasant and kind. New office looks nice.
The doctor's bed side manner is abrupt and shallow. I began explaining the reason for my visit and informed him before I started I would be brief. I explained in detail how my problem began which used all of 2 minutes but before I could finish he interrupted me an ask to examine me which I felt was bad timing and inappropriate. Doctor Cox did not explain what the problem could be or what I could do or couldn't do. I learned nothing about my problem and doctor Cox offered nothing.
