Jared was awesome to work with! Being 7 hours away from Fort Worth - we needed someone who was available and quick to respond... I told him that upfront and he that he would be able to do so and he did! I never had to wait hours/days on a response or call back. Jared is a fantastic agent! He felt more like a teammate and partner than any other agents my wife and I have ever worked with. If we had questions, he answered them. This was my first home sell and Jared was awesome. He had professional photos taken of my home and walked me through the process and answered all questions/concerns. He was very communicative throughout. My home sold the first weekend it was listed at the full asking price. We closed within 30 days. I usually do not post reviews for anything but I will take the time for Jared and I am recommending him to all friends and family for sure.
Jared is absolutely fantastic! He made the process of selling our home so easy and way less stressful than anticipated. He is extremely knowledgeable and very detailed oriented. He even got us an above listing price offer within 48 hours of our home being on the market! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the DFW area.
Jared was a fantastic agent in the buying process. It was my first time buying a home and I only had a month to find and close on a home. Even with that difficult standard set Jared not only found and closed on the house we wanted, but he kept the process simple and easy to understand.
