This restaurant is great for people who are eating healthy, and has paleo friendly foods. You can eat in or take out. The food is fresh and delicious! They also have cold pressed fresh juices. I highly recommend this healthy restaurant!

I had a wonderful lunch today at Jar + Fork. Loved the food but was even more impressed by this environmentally conscious restaurant offering reusable cups and regular silverware. Hopefully one day your other customers will not request single use plasticware and you will be able to ban the straw and plastics. Thank you for making great food and for your corporate social responsibility!

My first Jar + Fork experience was meeting my husband for Lunch downtown and I was definitely pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was eclectic and the food was scrumptious. I had a plate (choice of protein was shrimp) and 2 sides (roasted potatoes and the broccoli/cauliflower mix). My husband had the steak with sweet potato and green beans.
