Japantown Dental! Dr. Alex and team are so kind, professional, and gentle. Office is super clean and modern, no wait time, and they explained everything clearly. Best dental care I've had in San Jose. Highly recommend! 5 star!
I had a great experience at this dental office. My dental hygienist was super awesome and did an excellent job.
First of all, I did a filling and they BURNed my lip. And when it happened, there was no apology from the dentist itself and the only response I got was that this is just minor burn and normal to get burnt during tooth cleaning. The attitude they have towards their patient is totally unacceptable, not to mention that it is absurd that my lips are burnt from cleaning. Secondly, the front desk lady was super unprofessional. I need to call twice to get my X-rays. And every time, when I say I need my X-ray, she just becomes impa... read more
