recently purchased some of the hello kitty collab stuff. it took a little bit to get but that's understandable, well when I opened the box only 2 of the 4 items i ordered were in the box. i was obviously a bit upset. i emailed about my order missing the 2 items(3/22) and they responded next day and said they would ship the 2 missing items immediately. today (3/25) I was emailed saying items had been shipped. incredible customer service and also awesome clothing and gear.
