I don't understand how anyone can rate this place less than 5 stars. The knives and all other products are of the top quality and Jon and everyone at JKI have, easily, some of the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They are great, knowledgeable, and honest. I always look forward to my next purchase with them and hope to visit the store itself some day soon.
