I can’t say enough good things about Japanese Engine and Auto Repair. I originally brought them an engine I had purchased online, but after they installed it, the car wouldn’t start. Kari went above and beyond—she pulled the engine back out, helped me diagnose the issue, and provided proof that the engine had water damage. Did a good job and at a fair price replacing the baring and wheel assembly.
Kerri and his crew did a great job on the Infiniti QX60. They communicated very well about the issue and what it would cost to fix it. The cost was fair based on the work that needed to be done. They were super friendly and open about the work. My car is running better than before.
