You get exactly what you request, I requested a hard massage and that is exaclty what I got. My only suggestion is that the ladies, ease up on combining lotion with gloves, there was a couple times my lady slipped her knuckles across my shoulder blades and I ended up with bruises across the top of my shoulder blades and the top of my shoulders. I honestly loved this place and would come here every so often to relieve some painful knots in my shoulders and the employees would always do an amazing job everytime. Unfortunately when I stop by yesterday and receive my spa treatment with an extra time towards the end when it came to the payment I felt very uncomfortable an unease because they 1st told me a set amount to pay but after I present them with a rewards card that I received from an employee of that establishment in which the card shows after the 10th time I get... read more

I was trying to enjoy their version of a massage but not only was it not good, they allowed people to talk loudly in the rooms while others, or just me, were trying to relax. I paid $56 for a 75 minute massage. Then I left about $13 as a tip even though I was unsatisfied with the experience. Only to have the guy at the register turn around and point at a sign behind him telling me that their recommended tip for that massage is $15. They’re lucky I gave them anything at all. Best in class. Old school, not flashy. Do yourself a favor and book a massage session.
