Alex did a great job moving me in and giving me all the information I needed during the tour and move in. Martin and Scott did a great job making sure my AC unit was good when I moved in. I’ve been with Buckingham for 3 lease terms now, and I have to say Janus Lofts does not disappoint. It is a historic building with a great historic look, high ceilings, big windows and different accents they didn’t build over. SOMEONE JUST GOT SHOT IN THE STOMACH YESTERDAY RIGHT IN FRONT DONT MOVE IN HERE!!!…SO MANY REASONS WHY…I MOVED IN APRIL 19th so 5 months already. The first day here my window was BROKE and they had to send someone in to fix it. I wasn’t home and whoever fixed my window broke my vase in the window and didn’t clean it up I got home a week later to find glass all over my bed room floor and under my bed. I just moved in recently, but I have been very happy with the aesthetic/design, the location, and the staff's help with the rental process. I was fortunate enough to work with Alex M. who has been super helpful and detailed with everything!!
Great place to live! Great community and the building is secure with a key fob. Alex, has done a great job helping me ever since I moved in! Very kind and always answers any questions I may have.
