Terry helped me on a project for one of my customers and did a wonderful job. I actually dropped the ball about getting it done and he gave me a friendly reminder that I hadnt gotten back to him. This saved my customer from having to use the gas station restrooms and me from being embarrased that I completely forgot they needed their toilets re-set.
