Great animal hospital This is hands down the best animal hospital in the South Bay. The staff is not only friendly but very knowledgeable about all pets. They took great care of my dog when he was sick and eventually had to put down. I recommended them all my friends with pets and they love them! I will never forget how great they were with my dog.
My cat FATTY died !!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS HOSPITAL !!! I took my 4 yr old cat, "Fatty" to be seen for treatment because he was having trouble urinating. I was told that he had crystals and when I could afford treatment, to bring him back to insert a catheter. I took him back 2 days later and admitted him for a 3 day stay. I called everyday for status, and never once received a call from anyone on staff. Save your pet, don't go here! I am a 23 yr. old girl that moved here from Texas for school. I have almost lost my apt., my car, and have temporarily dropped out of school to pay for vet bills that were not even necessary. Dr. Jansen almost killed my dog by putting him on the wrong medications, telling me my dog was older than what he was, although he fixed my dog, treated him since he was 7 months, vaccinated him. Only because there is no way to give negative stars... AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS! Due to doctor and staff incompetence, our dog DIED. We had been lucky enough to get her in to see another vet, about 2 days before she passed, who began the correct treatment for her, so we hope she at least went comfortably. Courteous My baby Chihuahua "SPIKE" is sick, but getting better at Jansen's. Went there today for an update, asked how my baby was doing. Got to visit him personally. Nothing but courtesy and compassion by the staff. Thank you and please save my "SPIKEY" I Love him.
Jansen Animal Hospital is unprofessional the place smells horrible. Examining rooms filthy: Huge pee stains on chairs. Staff laughing and mocking those who bring animals in...talking loudly about customers in full hearing of those waiting in examining rooms. Disrespect. Unsatisfactory Jansen Animal Hospital USE TO BE wonderful. They use to help me and my family by working out financial arrangements and use to treat our pets well and would do everything they could for our pets. Now, there not so great, the staff is kind of rude. I have a rottweiler that is 10years old now, about 2 years ago I took my dog to get a check up because he wasn't doing not so well.
