Dr. Jay has doesn't have the time for his patients anymore like he used to. He and his nurse practitioner Michelle, don't take the time to explain things and absolutely have no time for you. Forget what they tell you. It's all lies. I will never forgive them
For several years he has treated my wife & I with the best of care
Dr. Jay seems never to check my records before seeing me because despite my noting SEVERAL times my allergy to sulfa drugs he keeps recommending them, and is always surprised when I tell him I'm allergic. I very recently requested refills on two prescriptions, and NEITHER was done. I am now OUT of two important medications. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Also, the wait in his office is always very long - often over 1 hour. He and his staff are very personable but I will be looking for a new doctor.
