I have been a patient of Dr. Jays for approximately 10 years. Throughout this time frame, he has always been available when needed. His office staff is kind, caring, courteous and helpful with our healthcare needs. Anytime I had to see Urgent Care and follow up with Dr. Jay, his office always did their best to ensure my health care needs would be met in a timely manner. Dr. Jay and his staff are a great package. Dr Jay is up there with the best. He has earned our trust 100% after seeing him over the years.
I have bounced from Doctor to Doctor over the past 5 years. Well, I finally found one that I will keep forever. Dr. Jay is kind, he listens, he doesn't rush you. His staff is also very friendly and helpful.
I have been going to Dr. Shaktawat for 11 years. He is always patient and answers all my questions. I never feel like he hurries me through, and always listens. He has caught a couple different 'abnormalies' in test results and is very good about recommending specialist. One was something on a colonoscopy that ended up being colon cancer. Thanks to Dr. Shaktawat's professional insight, he sent me to Orlando, where the cancer was caught early. I highly recommend him.
DR Shaktawat takes the time needed to address concerns, if all i need is 5 minutes i get 5 minutes if I need more I get more.
Couldn't even get an appointment. Was told that I had to go to the office, pick up a new patient packet. and then bring it back. I informed that I work full time and couldn't the packet be emailed to me? Again, i was told that I could fill it out and then I had to return it personally, the doc would review and tell his staff when to set up an appointment. Seriously? No thanks!
Dr. Jay is the best doctor I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable about every condition. His bedside manner is excellent. He explains everything very well and spends time with his patients.
