This is the epitome of a great American steakhouse. No frills but down right great steaks, baked potatoes, salad and several wonderful appetizers including Hungarian meatballs and a killer shrimp cocktail. The barbecue ribs are prepared in a spicy sauce and the meat falls off the bone. The wine list compares favorably with just about any other steakhouse in the Midwest. This is a local gem and has only improved through the years...it was 45 years ago when I first ate there and I always look forward to going back!
