Even though you make sure to tell them what insurance you carry and to have labs sent to in network locations, they don't oblige to your needs/requests, causing you to have to pay out of network costs! Absolutely ridculous! Makes it worse when they are rude when you question it. Nursing staff are not advocates for you as their patient. I am a nurse myself and I found it very disheartening. Some work ups I also found to be unnecessary. Do not recommend and will tell all of my coworkers.
