I had a disappointing experience at this office. The front desk staff ignored me for several minutes when I arrived, and when they did acknowledge me, they were curt and unhelpful. The doctor seemed rushed, didn’t take the time to listen to my concerns, and brushed off my questions instead of giving clear explanations. I highly recommend this practice. I have been going to this doctor's office for many years and the service has always been consistently excellent. The receptionists are warm and welcoming, even on their busiest hours/day they remain friendly and patient. The doctor is also incredibly attentive to my needs, she always makes sure I am informed and reassured about any problems. The office manager has been very helpful. After trying several clinics, this place finally helped me recover from a long cough and sore throat. The doctor was thorough, and the staff were really kind and comforting.
He is a competent doctor who provides good treatment.
