이곳은 저희가 미국에 처음 왔을 때부터 다니는 병원이에요. 아이가 아파서 아무것도 모르던 시절에 방문했는데, 모든 선생님들께서 친절하게 설명해주시고 아이들을 따뜻하게 대해주셔서 큰 위로를 받았습니다. 정기검진부터 예방접종까지, 저희 아이들이 가장 믿고 다니는 곳이에요. 데스크에 계신 두 분의 예쁜 선생님들이 항상 밝은 미소로 반겨주시고 친절하게 대해주셔서 방문할 때마다 기분이 좋아집니다. 이곳은 정말 아이들을 진심으로 사랑하고 아껴주신다는 게 느껴져요. 의사 선생님들과 간호사 선생님들도 모두 친절하고 세심하셔서 언제나 편안한 마음으로 다니고 있습니다. 앞으로도 계속 다닐 예정이고, 많은 분들께 꼭 추천드리고 싶어요. 항상 따뜻한 마음으로 진료해주셔서 감사합니다!
Our family has been with Dr. Kim for many years, and we are so grateful for her care. She always takes the time to listen, support us, and provide the right referrals whenever we have health concerns. We also deeply appreciate the office staff—everyone is so gentle and kind with our children. They are all amazing people I fell she is the best doctor
I had a disappointing experience at this office. The front desk staff ignored me for several minutes when I arrived, and when they did acknowledge me, they were curt and unhelpful. The doctor seemed rushed, didn’t take the time to listen to my concerns, and brushed off my questions instead of giving clear explanations. I left feeling unheard and unwelcome, which is not what you expect when trusting someone with your health.
