poor communication, poor customer service I called in a moment of desperation with my son and they wouldn't help me because I had an outstanding bill
It's been several years since my kids have been there, they are adults now, but when they were going there the staff were always friendly and i never had an issue getting in to see their pediatrician.
I don't often think to leave reviews but our family has always loved seeing Dr. Monterrosa so I thought I'd share our positive experience. We've been coming here since our first was born in 2016, and we're about to have our fourth baby. From a heart issue at birth to a preemie baby during covid, Dr. Monterrosa has been caring and loving to my kiddos for the past nine years. I feel like I have pretty high expectations, especially as it relates to healthcare for my children, and I wouldn't see anyone else. Highly recommend.
We love Dr. Elliott! Our family has been with her for 15 years at APG and everyone, our little, our teens, my husband and I, feel very comfortable talking with her. (Especially important for teens!) She’s friendly, caring, professional, and real.
Don’t take your kids here. These doctors don’t care about your children. They just want to stuff them with pills to fix the problem. Then another pill to fix another problem the first pill caused. They don’t listen. I called twice to talk to the office manager and I still haven’t received a call back.
