I regret my experience at this salon. I came in for mini kinky twists and provided my own hair, which cost me $250. Unfortunately, within the first week, the braids began sliding out. I contacted Esther, who had me come back in to have the braids redone, which I appreciated. I looked a fool once my hair was finished. They mean well but they seem to only know how to do a certain braiding technique. They will agree to do knotless braids and then not do it. They also braid extremely tight. Like so tight you’ll probably lose your hair coming here. And they also braid your edges even when you tell them Not to! So I’m giving this review after being there twice. The time that it takes them to do what I would consider small braids is amazing. I can leave with a full head within four hours which is really great especially for a small size, but I will say nobody will talk to you the entire time you are getting your hair braided so if you are looking for a conversation, this is not it.
