I have been calling this office for the last 3 days .. no answer. Finally got the receptionist and she gave me misinformation. Now I'm calling back no answer. I used to be a patient and was very satisfied with Dr. Towhe's 3version ago. Now I'm trying to come back. Things are very different don't think I want to now.
I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Townes as my Endocrinologist for about 8 months. I had went to a different Endocrinologist with no results or any type of treatment whatsoever. But Dr. Townes listened to me and what my symptoms were and treated me with respect and based on my description of my problem, she ordered me some test ran to see why I am always so tired with chronic fatigue, muscle weakness, salt cravings and several other issues. Worst excuse for a “Specialist” I have ever in my 73 years on this earth! Rude, Crude and disrespectful! That’s the best about this place.
I was referred to Janelle from my doctor. My thyroid count is negative.001. I have a nodule the size of a golf ball or larger and I have pain in my neck. I was referred over and month ago. I have called 3 times and left messages every time and have never once got a call back. If you have been referred to her good luck because you might be in the ER before you get a call back from this place. Wish I could have gave 0 stars.
