Janek has been the management company of my complex since I moved in 3 years ago and I have to admit I couldn't imagine a management company being much worse at supporting their unit members. Our requests go unanswered or "Non-emergency requests wont get a response for at least 48 hours". Improvements on the property for units dont get done even with a revolving door or maintenance *************** the property. We have been owners at a complex in ********* for about a year. We have made attempts to contact this company for 2 specific reasons and both times we have been met with a lack of any acceptable response or communication. The first time was last fall when we made plans through them to have plumbing work done by a licensed and insured plumber. Lack of communication (sometimes for weeks at a time). Stefanie sent our bank account information via non-secure email instead of calling us as we requested to discuss an issue with an HOA payment. No phone number provided for contact. Grounds are not well maintained despite exorbitant landscaping fees. We’ve only owned our townhome since April and thus far I’m extremely nervous to be saddled with this management company. Hopefully we just got off to a rough start but it’s not looking good
This company is so LAZY. I have been in my association for a year now and I can tell you that the lack if response due to issues such as broken decks is maddening. I could have someone fix it myself faster then this company would ever respond. Look elsewhere for property management because they can barely manage themselves.

As an owner of Janek Property Management, I researched our system to better understand the situation faced by this unit owner at a condominium association we manage in Whitman, MA. Our system shows that the owner contacted our office on May 8 to report one broken board on her back deck. We inspected and determined that there was minor damage to one board and it was not an emergency or a safety issue. Janek has the skills, the expertise and the desire to turn a property around. If winning results are what you want for your own property, this is the team to get you there.
