Lack of communication (sometimes for weeks at a time). Stefanie sent our bank account information via non-secure email instead of calling us as we requested to discuss an issue with an HOA payment. No phone number provided for contact. Grounds are not well maintained despite exorbitant landscaping fees. We’ve only owned our townhome since April and thus far I’m extremely nervous to be saddled with this management company. Hopefully we just got off to a rough start but it’s not looking good
