I came in to get a pedicure, eyebrows and upper lip wax. At first everything was fine, pedicure went well, and for what I thought the wax. However, when I left I had a stinging sensation where I got waxed for my brows. I thought it would go away, but the next day when I looked in the mirror I had a burn mark under one of my eyebrows. It is an inconvenience because I have to take professional headshot photos in a few days, and this is one more thing to worry about. I came to Jane Dynasty Nails with a patient i worked for name Ms Gennie, she was a customer for years. As I use to wait on Ms Gennie I saw how close and polite the staff was, I didn't get that at the nailshop I dealt with for almost 15+years. I then started coming to Jane Dynasty Nails, I appreciate their services, I started here with the staff members that are no longer there but I never stop coming, Lisa who keep my feet perfectly groomed while Tony do the same for my hands. Great atmosphere, comfortable setting and the service is Excellent, Kathy is the best and the guys that handle the pedicures are awesome!
