Great experience in every way! Office staff was friendly and efficient, wait time was under 5 minutes, parking was easy and free, and most importantly,Dr. Schwartz was incredibly knowledgable and provided excellent care. She was very kind to my very nervous daughter, and she was truly concerned when she something that looked cancerous on me (luckily it wasn't cancer!) I also recommended Dr. Schwartz to a friend who went and totally agreed- Dr. Schwartz is the best!
Worst experience ever! I called and made an appointment, they told me they accept my insurance and thought everything was fine. When I got there, they told me a different lie, they said they won't accept my primary nor my secondary insurance. I let them know I was in pain and bleeding badly all her staff did was laughed and said if I wanted to see her I would have to pay full price. On top of that, the ladies upfront said if I did pay full price (which I could not afford) that they would set up
The moment you walk through the doors of her office you can tell that she is an amazing doctor because of the receptionist and nurses.
First time would not go back. Nobody from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor herself made me feel comfortable. I have what I considered an unusual spot come up on my face, raised dry scaley. Wanted to make sure it was not any type of skin cancer turns out it's not but I felt like I wasted everybody's time and they felt I was superficial. Not what I was looking for and I would not recommend this office to anyone I know.
