Dr. Barnett is very intelligent and knows her stuff. She is very thorough and if she does not know, she does not hesitate to tell you she doesn't, but will do everything in her power to figure it out and take care of you in the process. Her staff is always accommodating and will answer any questions you have. They go out of their way to provide you with a coupon and samples of whatever she has prescribed.
Dr. James and her partner, Dr. Whittington are great. I've been treated by them both, they have great professionalism, courtesy and cordiality.
I love Dr. James, she is the best in every category, staff is awesome also. Because of her expertise and treatment, I don't have to visit the office often.
I think he is one of the kindest and most caring dermatologists I've met in a long time. However, for some reason he gave me a PX for a pill that costs of $200 a month and my insurance didn't cover it. It was the same pill that is made in generic form for about $15/mo. I don't get it. Otherwise, he has a great "bedside" manner and seems genuinely to care and take his profession seriously. Just watch the PX... maybe there are generics that you'd prefer. Dr. James deserves the best of all ratings. I've been with her for over 10 years. She has been great and thorough with the treatments. I recommend her to everyone I know that needs dermatology care. She is the "best" that the Maryland area has to offer. I LOVE Dr. James!
My 18 year old daughter, husband and I all see Dr. James. She is attentive and thorough.
I have been seeing Dr. James for over 15 years. Hands down, she is one of the best dermatologist in all of Maryland. I now travel all the way from North Carolina to see her. I've seen them all and she is, without a doubt, one of the best in her field. Attentive to every patient's need, she is a doctor that you will keep for life.
Dr. James is great. Her front office staff leaves a bit to be desired and punctuality is an issue
