There was an incident with a member of your staff at The Summit. I believe that’s the name of the apartments. This gentleman was being very aggressive to another gentleman on 11/9/22. If this is representation of the type of people who are employed here, I wouldn't want to live here. I believe he was a part of the porter or maintenance team. He was Latino. We parked at the parking garage for City Center on 6th St and S. Alexandria Ave in LA to shop at H Mart and then to eat at Coco Ichibanya. The parking garage only takes cash (indicated only after you get inside the garage) and when we got in, a man working at valet rudely stopped me and asked to take my ticket from the machine. When I asked why and explained we wouldn't need valet, he asked what my plans were and what were were doing.
