Very disappointed. Was told that they would try to find a part for my older model HVAC system when the A/C went out. I waited 9 days with a heat index of 107 degrees. Secretary called to say they were coming out in a couple of days to install my new part that had come off the truck that morning. The morning they were supposed to come out they called me to say they could not locate the part.
