Dr. Jamie destroyed my life because of a serious mistake that almost cost me my life. During my pregnancy, I was following up with a doctor who told me that I would have a C-section for delivery. Judging by the other reviews it seems they won’t care about me making this one, but guys get it together and realize YOUR APPOINTMENT CALL CENTER DOES NOT WORK!!! You need a new one!! I have been going to this office for years now, and most of the doctors and NP’s are actually really great (but do not use Jenna Tong!), and it used to be no issue for me to make an appointment, but it has been impossible lately to make/change appointments, and today was the last straw. Horrible customer service by the front desk staff. Called to schedule an appointment and my appointment was rejected… looking at the reviews seems like others have had the same experience. That’s so scary. I won’t trust these people anywhere near our privates… I hope my Dr can change my referral from here.
