One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a medical office. The office manager is extremely rude, and no one returns phone calls—even after repeated attempts over several weeks. When you finally do reach someone, you’re met with empty promises and zero follow-through. It’s clear this practice and doctor do not care about their patients. If you experience this kind of neglect, I highly recommend filing complaints with the Indiana Attorney General and the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA). I know I am.
Dr Boyce is attentive, caring and takes time to answer multiple questions even if they are not all related to the current visit. Highly recommend making appointment to have a yearly exam and mammogram in the same visit.
I would highly recommend her . I used to feel very comfortable with her. She is never in rush and explains the things very nicely. Indeed she is a wonderful doctor !! The staff of ob/ gyn office is also very cooperating. Wait times can be longer at times but not always.
Dr. Boyce is always extremely nice and makes you feel very comfortable.
Dr. Boyce was wonderful. She listened to my concerns, she answered all of my questions. She and the others in the offices have always been amazingly helpful to me. I highly recommend her if you need an OB/GYN.
Dr Boyce is always professional and compassionate. She takes as much time as you need to go over issues you may be having. She genuinely cares and strives to meet your expectations. She always explains things thoroughly and asks if you have any more questions. The office staff has always been great as well.
Dr Boyce is very responsive. My wife has multiple drug sensitivities, allergies, and reactions, and metabolic and endocrine issues, as well as poor experiences with doctors generally. Dr Boyce tracked all the issues, worked with her concerns and around the complications. She made recommendations without being pushy, and helped us coordinate dietary needs and support concerns at L&D.
I have seen many ObGyns as we have moved quite a bit and Dr. Boyce is by far one of the best I have met. Her kindness, compassion, and attentiveness are incomparable. She is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell she loves what she does. I would recommend her to anyone.
