Update: The nice woman who I spoke with at Patient Care earned you 1 star back, so you should thank her for that. We are no longer patients here, but the Patient Care rep listened to my concerns and is following up through the appropriate channels to address all my concerns. She saw my daughter with special needs, told me she might have a thyroid issue. Dr never ordered the simple blood test to be done.
