I have now lived in Jamestown for almost 3 years and it has been a pleasant experience. The property manager is attentive and quick to solve any issue that may arise. The maintenance team is thorough and friendly. I feel safe and comfortable and the complex itself is quiet and always maintained. Glad to have found this place after relocating from NYC!
This property, for the past 3 years, has been good to us. Management has been very communicative about what's happening on the property and when the office is open or closing early. Anytime I have had anything that needs repaired or fixed, maintenance has always been quick to respond to service tickets! I'm very happy that my husband and I were able to find this place when we did because this location is quiet and close to many stores/food and the townhouse pricing is very reasonable for the space we get.
We've lived here for 2 and a half years. Of all the places I've lived, I've had the best experience when interacting with the management and maintenance crew I've ever had. The office staff are friendly and helpful, the units are well kept. Most outstanding is the maintenance team. Never in my life have I received service the same day I put a request in except here! I love this place because most units have private, fenced-in, backyard spaces, making it so convenient for our canine friends. Rent is reasonable, and just about anything you need can be found within a mile or two of the place.
