I love this place because most units have private, fenced-in, backyard spaces, making it so convenient for our canine friends. Rent is reasonable, and just about anything you need can be found within a mile or two of the place.
Jamestown Apartments was always a pleasant place to call home, and a big part of that was thanks to the hard work and dedication of the maintenance man, Andre. He took great pride in keeping the property well maintained, from the cleanliness of the grounds to the quick response on any repairs or issues that came up. Andre’s reliability and attention to detail made the community feel cared for, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone who lived there.
Me and my wife we drove around the community and my son and we all love what we seen and we really love the swimming pool we have decided when we're ready this is the place we would like to call home
Have been staying here going on 3 years, have had ups and downs like any apartment can have. But I have to say that there has never been a better, hard working, kinder maintainence guy than Andre. In the time I've been here I've lived in two of the units and he has always made sure that when something went wrong it was fixed. Bad fridge was replaced, AC unit went out on 3rd of July came to check it out after hours, hvac came in on the 4th and started working on it. About 1.5 years ago, our apartment management replaced our refrigerator due to a malfunction in the freezer. Unfortunately, the replacement unit they provided is significantly smaller than our previous one, which was not appropriately sized for a two-bedroom townhome. The gap between the fridge and the kitchen cabinets clearly shows how much smaller this new fridge is compared to the previous one.
