About 1.5 years ago, our apartment management replaced our refrigerator due to a malfunction in the freezer. Unfortunately, the replacement unit they provided is significantly smaller than our previous one, which was not appropriately sized for a two-bedroom townhome. The gap between the fridge and the kitchen cabinets clearly shows how much smaller this new fridge is compared to the previous one. scheduled a tour for 1/17 @ 10am and called them cause we didn't know where to go and the lady who answered the phone hung up and wouldn’t answer when we tried calling back. Not only very unprofessional and unhelpful but a complete waste of time and unnecessarily disrespectful.

My daughter has rented a townhome from Jamestown for 2 years with her roommate. They pay 1201.00 a month, they had mice issues multiple times, plumbing issues, the bathtub when they move in look awful and till does after two years, the patio fences where falling down and the tenants where told they would be putting new fences back in the spring and still nothing has happen.
