good service We took some stones that my husband had gotten from over seas in to be set into jewelry. We were worried that they would mess up, but they did an amazing job. They were fast too.
These people put in no effort for the customers, and do not stay on top of needs. I went in to have the band on my watch fixed and they called the watch guy who said "no problem, it will take 2 weeks". About a month later I called wanting an update, they had no idea what I was talking about. I told them to write down my info, call the watch guy and get an update. Weeks later, they called saying "oh he said he cant fix your watch" I said, "Can he get a replacement band?" They said "No, the watch is too old, they dont make ban... read more
