My soon to be husband dad passed away, and he got his dad's ring. We had to get it resized, and that the only thing we where gonna do with it. Jamestown not only resized it they cleaned and polished, tightened up the jewels, and patch a crack in the band. They did an extraordinary job, and gave the dad's old ring alot of justice! we will be coming here always!
Jim was phenomenal! Did some repair work on my Wife’s rings, and had them done the same day! Very impressed, and I offer my sincere recommendation.

Very rude and sarcastic. Do NOT go here!!! My husband and I were not in a position to buy rings when we were married. Now he has advanced with his company, and they moved us here from Colorado Springs. I have also started my own business, so we are ready to purchase our dream rings!! I decided to stop by this store today to be sized. The "person" that waited on me made a decision, in his mind, that helping me size my fingers was a waste of his time. RecommendedThey were great! Good pricing for a small local jeweler. Super quick turn around time even the week before Christmas. My ring looks like new, not like it’s 16 years old. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their jewelry.
