I was in a bit of a pinch needing an apartment when moving across the country, and they were so much more than accommodating. Additionally, move in went so smooth, and the minute I had an issue (my A/C went out briefly) there was a technician out in less than 10 minutes to fix it.
Awesome, awesome, awesome. Every single issue I have ever had has been resolved. Staff is simply off the chain. I love that. Yes, I would recommend them 10x over. For the staff, when you receive negative reviews, that just lets you know you are doing a great job. You can't please all the people all the time. I would have a problem if every single review was awesome. Keep up the good work and Thank You!
When I first moved in I loved it but the pet fee is crazy high for two dogs it's 700 one time fee plus 40 bucks monthly fee. Staff are nice but not understanding how I think they should be.
