The staff at Jamestown Apartments are great! Any time I have a question they are quick to answer! We love being so close to everything! I give them 5 stars!
We’ve have been here since February 2019 and we love it! We are so close to the base, to restaurants and stores.
Don’t ever move to this place!!! I used to live there and they are still making me pay for pet rent, renters insurance, and trash recovery after 2 years!! TWO YEARS!! They didn’t call me or sent me a email to inform me why do I owe money they are just trying to take money from me!! Horrible place I do not recommend this place at all so if you are planning to move to Fayetteville DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!
It use to be great here. The staff was amazing, they made you feel at home and welcomed. Always there when you had a question or concern. Now the staff are never there, whenever I try to get my package the office is closed. When you do get in the staff make it seem like you're an inconvenience to them. We moved here because of the gate and its been broken for ever. The residents don't ever pick up after their dogs. Kids playing at the run down park have to worry about stepping in dog feces.
