Awful awful awful the worst electric company ever their inconsiderate with no sense of communication one person says one thing while another says different their incompetent unable to do their job correctly you can owe the littlest amount be shut off while someone could owe way more and be alright I've seen it. Horrible customer service.. one person says one thing and someone else says another. Ignorant ass ppl. Cant help ppl in need.
Between the unpaid utility bills by old tenant having to be paid by property owners on their tax’s because the city is too lazy to go after them, to the recycle bins, they make it as hard as possible for residents (customers) to get a reduction, they won't scan a empty Bin if no one is living there. no wonder nobody wants to live here... things need to change
I think bpu has no customer appreciation. They care of noone. They r quick to turn off someones utilities. And not even be respectful about it. ..y cant they be like national fuel. They care about there customers. National fuel gives residents a 3 day notice so the person has a chance to pay there bill. And once its paid if turned off they will put ur gas on the same night. They have a night driver till 11pm. Bpu likes to wait till the nxt day. Knowing tht people need electric. Especially those with young children. Y cant th... read more
