Recommendednoticed our house seemed underpowered. called at around 730 at night, crews were out and it was fixed within an hour. apparently it was a problem from a recent storm, the crew that came out were super nice and polite and made sure they tested everything going into our house. For after hours that was a great response time!
Thank You for the quick response to my concern yesterday. When I spotted large bags of trash laying on North Main Street I was appalled. North bound traffic was being forced to brake, go around the bags. After watching numerous pedestrians walk by, I put on my coat and attempted to remove the trash. When I couldn't get it all due to my physical limitations, I contacted BPU trash hotline. Within an hour, the trash was removed. Thanks again for your quick response! Karl Eckberg
Called customer support and they could not do something as simple as make me the primary account holder for my apartments electric bill. Every time I try to pay online it fills in my roommates information and it is a huge pain to fill in my bank account info over again every single time. I am the one that manages all of this stuff and yet it pastes his name over mine on the bank account information every time I go to pay it again.
Terrible customer service! They prefer to ignore or pass your problems to someone else. Recycling is a joke. They tell us how they want us to put it out then they say that’s wrong. Wish there were other options!
Our trash & recycling service is great. They always leave our containers safely on the curb. It might just be trash but they give good customer service.
The rates are about one fourth the amount my daughter pays in Columbus OH. I have never had a problem with electric service.
Hats off to the linesmen who built the electrical circuit in my neighborhood and did such a great job 10 or so years ago. We’ve had no power outages of any significance since. And hats off to BPU for maintaining our grid. Your hard work becomes evident in harsh weather such as the the wind storm February 24 & 25 2019.
