Bad food and horrible customer service – Just got back from an evening at Jameson's Charhouse in Arlington Heights. Boy, I can't tell you how ripped off I feel. Very Enjoyable! – My husband & I are from out of town & were celebrating an anniversary. I searched many restaurants in this area and came upon Jameson Charhouse and saw it's high recommendations. Decided to try it and was not disapointed. The food, ambiance & price was wonderful! We really appreciated the service. Our waiter was very pleasant and attentive. GREAT – Have dined here for over 20 years. Food and service is always superb! This is one of the cleanest (if not THE CLEANEST) restaurants in the entire Chicagoland area. Never a disappointment.
A Special Place – Jameson's is awesome. The food and service are great and the prices are so reasonable. The valet parking is a nice touch too.

11 out of 10 – this place has double the quality of Gibsons,but its half the price.The best bang for for buck for steaks!
