RecommendedAbsolutely one of the best steak houses in Chicago. Friendly service, great food.
Slow service in the bar tonight. Female bartender was terrible. She spent time talking to two customers, ignoring everyone else. Had to constantly ask for another drink, attempted to order appetizers and she walked away halfway through our order, gave up on ordering desert because she never came back over to us. The two females sitting next to us asked for the same drink order twice and we asked once for them. The male bartender who is usually there is amazing. We will think twice about going back.
My husband and I have enjoyed Jameson's (in Mt. Prospect) for many year's. Food delicious,service friendly and efficient.However, the last two time's we have been there the food has been disappointing. We were given a gift card so will be going there tonight. Hopefully, food will be as good as we used to enjoy there.P.S. By the way...before the only thing I would have said that needed to be improved is the Blue Cheese dressing. It should be think and creamy, not watery!
Great Steak! – For being a steakhouse in the suburbs I was pleasantly surprised for how good the food and service was. I will definitely be going back!
Absolutely Awful!!! – We reserved a party room for a baby shower months in advanced and they doubled booked on purpose! We had to make new arrangements two days before the shower. Please take your business elsewhere.
Consistently Excellent! – We have dined at Jameson's many times over the years and have never had a bad meal. The steaks and fish are always fresh and flavorful. The service is top-notch. We have taken many friends to Jameson's as well and everyone has always fallen in love with this classic steakhouse. Highly recommended!
Great food If you like steak this is the place to go. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very nice! If you like steaks, chops and chicken this is the place to go!
Great fish/great steaks – I've dined here several times. I love the fresh fish selection and my husband always enjoys a good steak. Great service, great food!
Average steaks at a high price – We took my parents there expecting a great meal. It was average at best. Outback would have been a better time. The service was okay however I felt the food was overpriced.
