First and last time! Will never go back! I ordered the Parmesan Crusted Sea Bass and came to the table mushy. The waitress said the texture was all wrong!! I agreed 100%. It came back a second time the same way as the first time. Fish is not supposed to be mushy!!! She said she was getting the manager but the manager never came. We got someone from the kitchen. Super friendly service, amazing food!!!-live live LOVE!
This was our first time dining here, made reservations just in case, glad we did! Place was packed. We were seated after just a few minutes. Service was outstanding, food was absolutely amazing & prices were great too. Will definitely be visiting again!
Best prime rib in crystal lake so far ,, cooked to profection ,, mashed taters where perfect , crisp salad , onion soup was hot and flavorful , my opinion is the onion soup should be topped and served with a big slice of Swiss cheese ,,,
Our waitress and French onion soup was the best part of our visit. I had to send back my steak because it was overcooked and tough to chew. Shouldnt a charhouse know how to cook a steak? Then the new one comes cooked to perfection but half of it was gristle. Our waitress was so upset about the steaks but the manager barely gave a crap. Definitely not worth the hype nor the money. BTW a $6 desert does not qualify as a sufficient "sorry that your $20 steak was overcooked"
This place takes service to a whole new LOW! I called for a reservation for an early dinner at 5:30pm. The place was practically empty when we arrived and the best you guys could do was seat my family next to the front door?? When asked about moving the first response was a flat out "No." Then given an awkward excuse about not being able to seat 3 small children and two adults at a booth. Our dinner was delicious and our server was amazing. My husband had calamari and walleye, two of his favorites, and he said they were very good. My shish kabob was so good I saved half of it for lunch today. Thanks Jameson's for another great dining experience.
