It use to be an awsome place to eat after what happen saturday im never going back management was very rude to my daughter and i we had a very bad experiemce we were told one thing by are server then manager made us pay for cold old appetizer and old french frys the food was awful im never going back and i will be sure to let all my family and friends know!!!!
The service was great, prices excellent, quality of food was very good, preparation according to our request was very good however, the soup and vegatable were just Luke warm.

We LOVE Jameson's charhouse, it's our favorite go to resteraunt in our beautiful city of Crystal Lake. Their calamari is impeccable! Service is ALWAYS top notch! Their soups & homemade bread daily is delicious ! And my spouse loves a good steak like most men do & HONESTLY they never disappoint! GREAT service and their staff clearly cares !!! LOVE it !! We'll be back I guarantee it !!
First and last time! Will never go back! I ordered the Parmesan Crusted Sea Bass and came to the table mushy. The waitress said the texture was all wrong!! I agreed 100%. It came back a second time the same way as the first time. Fish is not supposed to be mushy!!! She said she was getting the manager but the manager never came. We got someone from the kitchen.
