Cannot say enough nice things about Jay and the service he provided. Our old water heater started leaking and within 24 hours Jay was out and was diagnosing our issue. Turns out we had some leaking pipes and even though he was just out to replace the water heater he wouldn’t rest until he was absolutely sure that the issue was completely resolved. Jay has done several jobs for us, was especially helpful after Hurricane Ian. He has always tried to fit us into his busy schedule, especially when there is an emergency situation. He is very competent and professional, has known how to solve all of our various plumbing issues.He charges fair rates and is also reassuring to his customers when there is a calamity pending. We recommend him wholeheartedly!
