FRONT DESK VERY RUDE, NOT HELPFUL. THE PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK CAN MAKE OR BREAK YOUR OFFICE. OBVIOUSLY YOU GUYS NEED TO HIRE BETTER PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY WHEN DEALING WITH OLDER PATIENTS. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE, WILL MAKE SURE PEOPLE GO ELSEWHERE.
Dr. Norda is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He is a skilled surgeon and is a down to earth professional and treats you with respect. He is very attentive and helpful. He gave me several treatment options. He did not push me into surgery. I am very grateful for the time he spent helping me to recover.
I am diabetic and visit Dr. Noorda every 8 weeks. He keeps my feet in excellent condition. I have been is patient for 18 years.
i have failed 3 times to make a first appointment. called the number on the website and finally got through to a human. she was checking on the 2nd available appt. as i could not make the first. got disconnected. called back and phone just rang. finally the voicemail of the office manager JODY answered. told me to leave a msg. unfortunately her voicemail box was full and disconnected me. I will persist however and if necessary stop in to see if there really is an office.
All the Noorda brothers know is how to cut nails. I went to Jameson over 2 years through my HMO, Humana. All he did was cut my nails. He knew that I had a chaco foot, and I always asked him to look at my feet other than cut nails. The one time, approximately December of last year, Dr. Jameson Noorda, cut a small blister, the size of a quarter, on my bottom right foot. For 5 straight weeks, he kept cutting and digging. Dr. Noorda is well educated, very personable, and proficient.
