James helped me find a house in Pflugerville that I am very happy with. He is a very knowledgeable realtor and his background in construction really shows when going through houses. He showed me how to tell good quality from not so good quality. He pointed things out they may need repaired or could be replaced and helped associate costs with those projects. So we were referred to James from my cousin who he also help purchase their 1st home . I feel like we were so blessed to have met James , he helped us keep our faith and to never give up. James listed my house and it sold the same day as the listing went up. Thanks to James for a great job with the video preview/web site and guidance on helping me set a competitive price.
