I had a root canal done by him about 7 years ago, which got infected. I was told by two other specialists that the root canal was not performed right in order for it to have done that. Also, the dentist that recommended him, roles me that they got a lot of complaints about him and could no longer recommend him. I think the only reason my old dentist recommended Dr Chai in the first place was because he was around the corner from her. Therefore, I cannot recommend Dr Chai.
Had and apicoectomy done. Was my second one on the same tooth. Dr. Chau was so much better than my first surgeon. He was thorough, explained everything and I would highly recommend him. His staff is exceptionally kind.
I had 2 molars that needed root canals done 5 years ago,Dr Chau and his staff were caring and attentive. The procedures were pain free, they submitted my insurance forms and their fees were very reasonable. I just had another molar that abscessed yesterday , I called their office and was given an appointment today ,which I just completed at 10am this morning It is 1:30PM and I am pain free! I had a root canal on a front tooth. He performed a painless successful root canal through a crown with no problems. The facilities and personnel I found to be very satisfactory. Based on prices from two other endodontist, his price was over 15% less. I would highly recommend this endodontist.

I was recommended to Dr Chau by my dentist. He thought I would need root canal done, but Dr Chau performed series of tests and determined that I don't need one.Dr Chau was very gentle and careful. I had a great experience. Thank you doctor Chau! I would definitely go back to him for service.
Very professional, competent and personable. Dr. Chau and staff do a very good job. They put you at ease. Dr Chau is one of the best doctors I have ever had.

I was referred to Dr Chau by my dentist. I couldn't have been more pleased with his work. He made me feel very relaxed and that instilled even greater confidence. His work is outstanding. The fact that my insurance helped was even greater and I also got a refund from Dr. Chau. How many folks would have done that? I wouldn't have even known had he kept the additional dollars. The office is extremely clean and well kept. Definately a 10 in my book.
