I saw Dr. James Wu for papillary thyroid cancer, and he was the third doctor I met with to discuss my surgery and options. He took his time, explained everything thoroughly, and was willing to take the most conservative approach, which was to remove my isthmus only. Amazing patient service from Dr. Wu and his team. I would give him 20 stars if I could! My mom was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer, but Dr. Wu put us all at ease during this difficult time. Dr. Wu is the first doctor that didn't rush our visit. Pre- operation he answered every question and informed us about the entire process for surgery. I saw Dr. James Wu in May 2022 for consultation of possibly Thyroid Cancer. The meeting was very pleasant. Dr. Wu is excellent and very knowledgeable. He listened to everything I said and answered every question I had.
